There are 3 sets of 4 punched wholes in the leather just beneath the bottom three eyelets for style. There is also a strap design over the mid-foot that is outlined with stitching for a even more unique design.

The Naot Kumara has a anatomic cork and latex footbed that gives great arch and heel support. This footbed molds to the foot with wear, making this shoe more comfortable over time. This footbed is also covered with a suede lining that is soft to the touch. The footbed is removable to accommodate for orthotics or doctor proscribed insoles.

The Naot Kumara has a 1-inch polyurethane outsole that is flexible and durable. This outsole has great tread making it non-slip.
