Klogs was founded in 1999, by their parent company Latitudes Inc., that has been producing shoe components for many popular brands for over 40 years. Klogs was founded to preserve jobs when many of the company's customers began turning to overseas manufacturers to purchase the same shoe components at a lower price. Klogs has their production and offices all based in Missouri and a majority of their shoes are produced in the USA.

It features a polyurethane sole that is slip-resistant, shock absorbing and has a removable fabric lined anti-microbial footbed. The Cape May is offered in full and half sizes from 6-11.

The Abilene is a polyurethane clog by Klogs. It is featured in a variety of colors and features a faux wood-grain finish on the sides of the sole.
